LG has added new premium services to its Smart TV platform, as well as offering a festive promotion for customers buying any LG Smart TV this Christmas.
You don’t have to buy this particular set to get the £50 Acetrax movie credit
The additional services include Napster, Eurosport Player and Deezer, all now available for the 2012 range of smart televisions.
Napster will offer users access to a library of over 17 million songs, with access granted for subscribers that extends access to smartphones, tablets and computers.
Eurosport Player will offer subscription access to live simulcasts of Eurosport TV channels, covering major events like the Australian Open in January, and the 2013 Tour de France.
These premium services join existing services that include Acetrax Movies, Lovefilm Instant, Netflix, KnowHow Movies and Blinkbox, with a range of subscription or pay-per-view options.
LG is also offering access to 3D movies on demand, including Brave, The Nightmare Before Christmas and G-Force.
Finally, anyone buying a new LG set between now and the 24th December will receive a £50 credit for the Acetrax Movies service.
